Account got hacked :/

Hi all..
As the topic says, my account got hacked. I lost all my characters and all my stuff and gold. I could not log in but had a long conversation with NCSoft, who was able to get me a charactername on 1 of the new characters the hacker had made. Now i got 3 "hackermade" characters and a character named "Sir Tecke". The hacker also removed me from the guild and deleted all my friends.. So said in few words: My account got reset.

This means that i wont be playing GW1 any more, because i have to start all over again.. I thank you for the good times we had and for all the great personallities i met in the guild and alliance!!

I hope that you will have a continuesly great time in GW1 and hope that I'll see you in GW2!

btw which server are the EU people of the guild and alliance gonna play on in GW2?

Sorry to learn of the trouble Tecke. Per Lucci's post https://lightness.forumotion.com/t4122-important-if-you-got-your-account-hacked-after-10-1-11 that does stink they were not able to restore your account to some point prior

To Elbryan: I have talked to them and I am now in contact with Guild Wars Team, who is the ones who are able to restore anything if possible.. so far they have only told me that they are not able to restore anything because they could not determine if the account was accessed by an unauthorized individual.. but have asked for a more detailed explanasion, and i'm waiting for an answer on that..

And could any of you tell me which server EU people are gonna play on in GW2?

Well thanks for the support Aura But I got access to my account again, and i made a new character named Sir Tecke, so that the name is reserved for me in GW2.
You should rather make it unpleasant to a person named Miss Tystra or Mister Hells Bells cuz that was my 2nd and 3rd best characters before the hacker visited
