Neoteo HELP!

I was trying to change IGN in the profile to read "Account Name" but I think I accidentally deleted all players IGN values.

Help. Can we roll it back or undo what I did?

I did this not long before I messaged here. So to August 2nd or 3rd sometime.

ok im working on it ... takes time because i dont remember the user name and password for those tools .. or they just deactivate it for being inactive for so long , not sure , this always takes time , but its doable.

yes the password is cleared after a while , so the only way to do this actions is to speak with support , they respond quite fast tho !!

looks like the admin groups also got wiped ...

I did not have a problem getting into Admin or Officer forum until just now that I've noticed... not sure how that happened.

The IGN values are back on all I've checked though

when the forum was rolled back , it removes automatically all the admins rights from everyone...

i didn't check the officers permissions , probably are gone also ?

Seems like Admin, Officers Round Table, and Guidelines all got mixed together. I think it was just Ratche and I as admin, but we probably should consider another.

Oh wait, that is just the Global Announcement.

i changed that one to global i think it does a better job like that , and we can use the news page of activities on the portal.

Is there a way to change the IGN field to "GW2 Account Name"? I do not want to attempt it again, but if would be nice if new members used their account name. It is difficult to figure out who people are if they just put one toon name.
